No 189/489 invitations in September?

The SkillSelect’s website includes the following passage under the tab “invitation rounds”, section “next invitation rounds”, as at 20 September 2018, 2.45pm AEST:

Invitation rounds for Skilled – Independent (subclass 189) and Skilled – Regional Provisional (subclass 489) visas will be run once a month.

Invitation rounds are anticipated to run on the 11th day of each month. Dates for the rounds are subject to change.

Interestingly, the last invitation round displayed on the Department’s website is the one conducted on 11 August 2018. There is no reference to 11 September 2018. Does this mean that points-tested GSM visa invitations will become even more rare?
