The Regional Development Australia Northern Inland NSW website contains the following announcement:

The following occupations were removed from the RDA Northern Inland Occupation List on 24 January, 2019. Applications received on or before this date (up until midnight) will be considered BUT they must be complete applications, with all requirements met or a negative outcome may result:
