Systems maintenance from 9am to 3pm Sunday 24 February 2019 (AEDT)
Legendcom displays the following announcement:
Planned Systems Maintenance:
The Department will be performing scheduled system maintenance that will affect payment functionality in ImmiAccount on the following dates/times AEDT (GMT+11):
- 9am to 3pm Sunday 24 February 2019
You will still be able to start, edit, and attach documents to a Visa or Citizenship application during the outage period.
If you try to make a payment for an application or a LegendCom Subscription while maintenance is in progress, one of the following errors will be displayed:
- ‘we are currently experiencing a technical issue with our systems. You will not be able to proceed with this application at this time as this service is temporarily unavailable’.
- ‘the payment system is currently not available’.
To make a payment, please try again after 3pm Sunday 24 February 2019 (AEDT).
