VAC: exemption for INAS Games and T20 World Cup

The Government will exempt Visa Application Charges (VACs) for competitors and officials applying for a Temporary Activity (subclass 408) visa to participate in the 2019 INAS Global Games and International Cricket Council T20 World Cup in 2020

The 2019-20 Budget Paper No. 2 includes the following passages:

The Government is waiving visa application charges for athletes and officials applying for a Temporary Activity (subclass 408) visa to participate in the 2019 INAS Global Games in Brisbane. The INAS Global Games is the world’s largest multi-sport event for athletes with an intellectual impairment…

The Government is waiving visa application charges for competitors and officials participating in the International Cricket Council T20 World Cup in Australia in 2020.
