ImmiAccount: payments unavailable on Saturday

‘The Department will be performing scheduled system maintenance that will affect payment functionality in ImmiAccount’ between 2pm and 11:59pm on Saturday 1 June 2019

ImmiAccount’s webpage displays the following message:

Planned Systems Maintenance:

The Department will be performing scheduled system maintenance that will affect payment functionality in ImmiAccount on the following dates/times AEST (GMT+10):

  • 2 pm to 11:59 pm Saturday 1 June 2019

You will still be able to start, edit, and attach documents to a Visa or Citizenship application during the outage period.

If you try to make a payment for an application or a LegendCom Subscription while maintenance is in progress, one of the following errors will be displayed:

  • ‘we are currently experiencing a technical issue with our systems. You will not be able to proceed with this application at this time as this service is temporarily unavailable’.
  • ‘the payment system is currently not available’.

To make a payment, please try again after 11:59 pm on Saturday 1 June 2019 AEST (GMT+10).
