TRA’s website displays the following message:

The Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) enquiry line will be unavailable on Monday, 27 May 2019 due to the ACT’s Reconciliation Day Public Holiday.

Normal service will resume at 10:00 am (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on Tuesday, 28 May 2019.

All enquiries during this time can be emailed to traenquiries@education.gov.au.
