In addition to the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions, by purchasing any of the below plans you: confirm that you are a current member of the VISA; authorise Migration Law Updates (MLU) to disclose to VISA that you have purchased a plan, the type of plan and date of purchase; authorise VISA to disclose to MLU whether you are a current VISA member; agree that, upon being requested by MLU via email to provide MLU with a copy of your current VISA certificate, you will do so via email within 1 week from the request; and agree that if a copy of that certificate is not received by MLU within that timeframe, MLU will be entitled to cancel the subscription at any time without notice and to retain 20% of the amount paid.
